WIE IS HARCOURTS MAXIMA EIENDOMME?

Since 1982, Willie has been actively involved with the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa (IEASA). Under his leadership the IEASA was organised in “labour” representation through the “IEASA Regional Advisory Council”, as well as “business” representation through the “IEASA Corporate Groups Advisory Council”, with recognition from the Services Seta and other parties as the representative body for the estate agency profession in South Africa. His community involvement includes serving as past chairman and current committee member of the South West Nokeng Land Owners Association, as well as elder in the local church.
He maintains contact with education and training by remaining moderator and external examiner since 1996 on all levels for the subject “Property Marketing” at the University of South Africa (Unisa).
He is also still actively involved in real estate marketing, heading his own agency, Harcourts Maxima Real Estate, in the northern suburbs of Pretoria, and the south-west of Nokeng Municipality, specializing in residential and smallholding sales, as well as letting of same. Cornel Cloete
Sales Consultant |
|
I studied for four years at the University of Pretoria and obtained my Educational Diploma. I taught at various High Schools for a number of years. Since I joined The Property Industry in 2004, I have realized that this is much more challenging.
I have actively involved myself in further training in the Estate Industry. Thus apart from successfully passing the Estate Agency Board Examination, I never stopped learning to broaden my knowledge. I have successfully completed the MLS (Multi Listing Service) course that has been applied for accreditation and services SETA certification gaining access to their national property network as an active participating member. I have also completed The Transnational Referral Certification that's been awarded by the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. I also have been found competent against FETC: Real Estate, National Qualification Level 4, SAQA ID 59097. I am currently working as a full status Estate Agent at Harcourts Maxima.
Eleanor Roosevelt once said:"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams" My dream in the Property Industry is to never stagnate but to always have discipline and motivation, because when someone is sufficiently motivated, discipline will take care of itself. |
